IRRA Refurbishing Services
For PS-4002B motors
Cost is $15
Disassemble the motor
Ultrasonic clean everything / rinse and dry
Inspect the setup for defects and needed adjustments
Test to see if the magnets are properly glued in / re-glue as needed.
Zap the setup
Drill endbell holes if needed and install new screws
Align the brush hoods
Recondition the armature (cut comm and balance)
Reassemble the motor and insert can screws if needed
Radius new ProSlot Gold Dust premium motor brushes and install
Install new ProSlot / OEM springs
Attach motor seal
Break-in motor
No extra charge for wears parts
Turn around time is 2 business days.
Return by U.S. first class mail.
3 or more motors returned by U.S. Priority mail
You can pay extra for priority mail with 1 or 2 motors.

RECONDITIONING SERVICES
We race condition any brand armature with the same quality service. Every armature is ultrasoncially cleaned, diamond
trued, and precision rebalanced. We will take the lightest cut possible to true your commutator and we recalibrate our machine
for each armature. All orders with 8 or more armatures are returned by U.S. Priority Mail (usually delivered within 3 days).
Orders with less than 8 armatures are returned by First Class Mail. For faster return, enclose the proper amount for Overnight
Shipping.
We accept Visa or MasterCard for our reconditoning services. Include your name as it appears on the card, credit card
number, expiration date, phone number, billing address and shipping address. Your receipt will be sent back with your
armatures.
- Armature Reconditioning $4.50
- When sending 6 to 10 armatures $4.00
- Full Standard discount to commercial raceways for 10 or more armatures
- Engraving $.50
- Grind Stacks up to .010 reduction $1.00
- Grind Stacks greater than .010 reduction $2.00
- Remagnetize Ceramic magnets in or out of the can, including R/C Magnets $1.25
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Resistance and Induction readings done on each armature and marked on the tubes $1.50
